With enterprise companies adopting modern, cloud-based architectures at increasing rates, the opportunity for NuoDB to develop and grow a formal channel program is bigger than ever.  With relationships already established at Red Hat, Temenos, Dassault Systems, Alfa and others, the channel manager will have a solid foundation to build off of.  The right person for this role will see themselves as an entrepreneur and this, as an incredible opportunity to build a massive business within NuoDB.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As channel marketing manager you will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing our channel marketing strategy
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing and sales to develop product briefs, educational collateral, field decks and marketing programs that drive value and revenue for the business
  • Expand key relationships within our partners and become their internal face for NuoDB and the main enabler of their success
  • Create awareness of NuoDB within current partners and implement channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
  • Develop and drive campaigns aimed at acquiring ideal new channel partners suitable for the solutions we offer
  • Overseeing day to day channel operations in both local and international markets.
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure efforts are aligned with opportunity and revenue potential



  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B tech product marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing PR firms
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A “can-do” attitude
  • Tech-savvy and experience using Marketing Automation & Salesforce
  • College degree is required
  • Highly collaborative and able to communicate with sales, product and engineering personas internally and externally
  • Passionate about being surrounded by incredible people
